Parameters are promises
Name, symbol, decimals, and supply are visible parts of the token. The deeper questions are who can mint, pause, blacklist, upgrade, or change fees later.
$DOGGO uses a fixed one-billion supply and the standard 18 decimals. The constructor mints once to the deploying wallet.
Simple is inspectable
DOGGO deliberately has no owner role, post-deployment minting, taxes, pause switch, blacklist, or proxy upgrade. Fewer moving parts make the educational example easier to reason about.
Tickers are not unique
Anyone can deploy another token with the same name or symbol. Only the chain and exact contract address identify a particular token.
